CALCULATING YOUR HITRATE SCORE
By measuring your Heart Rate during each class we can calculate your HITRATE SCORE. The more time you spend in the higher heart rate zones the more points you will gain. Putting more power and effort into each punch or doing more reps of an exercise will increase your heart rate and the points you score for the workout. It doesn't matter how fit you are, to score high you need to be prepared to work hard! Heart Rate Zones are individually set for each person.
