With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry I have worked with all types of clients. From youths looking to understand the mechanics of their growing bodies to older clients challenged with Parkinson's disease, MS or injuries.  Although I have a passion and many years of boxing experience I have also completed numerous training courses during my 15 years of being a Registered Exercise Professional allowing me to stay up-to-date with the latest science in fitness and nutrition. 

So let me help kick start your fitness journey. If you are keen to learn some boxing, it is a great way to build fitness and alleviate stress. We can couple this with mobility and flexibility work,  strength and conditioning training while working with you to find the approach that works best for you and your body.
